摘　　要：为了方便调控人员实时掌控配网运行状态,并在异常情况下快速、准确地定位故障,做出正确的处理决策,设计了一个基于系统级的配网安全综合智能告警系统。利用在线模型重建技术和信息集成技术,实现主配网间模型一体化和告警信息的高度集成;建立全景数据平台,利用故障智能报警技术和在线辅助决策技术,实时、自动找出配网的故障信息,并通过可视化的平台显示故障信息、告警信息,给出解决故障的辅助决策,以保证配网的安全可靠运行。Abstract： network, timely and accurately take the relevant measure , the comprehensive intelligent alarm system based on system level was presented. Using the online model reconstruction technology and information integration technology, the integrated model of the main gird and distribution network was realized, the high degree of alarm information was guaranteed. Fault information of distribution network can be found out in real time and automatically by using fault intelligent alarm technology and online assistant decision making technology. Through the visualization of the platform, the fault information and alarm information were displayed, and the aid decision-making measures were provided to solve the fault, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of distribution network.
