烟气中NO_x亚硫酸钠液相吸收的实验研究

摘  要:利用鼓泡吸收装置,研究了Na2SO3、NaHSO3、NaOH等溶液对NO和NO2的脱除特性和机理,并分析了脱除过程中NO和NO2的相互影响机制。结果表明:Na2SO3对NO的脱除效率很低,在10%以下;而Na2SO3对NO2有较高的脱除率,达到了80%以上。混合气体中NO或NO2的存在对于另一方的脱除都有一定的促进作用,而且NO2对NO吸收的促进作用要好于NO对NO2。相同浓度的Na2SO3、NaHSO3和NaOH对NO的吸收效果略有差异,NaOH和NaHSO3对NO的脱除率最大相差5%-6%。但是它们对NO2的吸收效果却有显著的差别,Na2SO3最好,NaHSO3其次,NaOH最差。它们对NO2的脱除率分别为84%、53%和35%。在Na2SO3中加入NaOH无论对NO还是NO2的脱除都有一定的促进作用。The removal characteristics and mechanism of NO and NO2 by Na2SO3 , NaHSO3 and NaOH were investigated by a bubbling absorption reactor. And the interaction mechanism between NO and NO2 was also analyzed in the removal process. The results indicated that Na2SO3 had very low removal rate on NO, not exceeding 10% ; But it had a high removal rate on NO2 , more than 80%. The coexistence of NO and NO2 could enhance the absorptioll of each other, and the promotion of NO2 to NO absorption was better than NO to NO2 absorption. Na2SO3 , NaHSO3 and NaOH of the same concentration had a slight difference on NO removal, the removal rates of NO achieved by NaOH and NaHSO3 only had a difference of 5% -6%. However, they had a significant difference on NO2 removal. Na2SO3 was the best, NaHSO3 was the second, and NaOH was the worst. Their removal rates of NO2 were 84% , 53% and 35% respectively. It had a positive effect on the removal of NO and NO2 to add NaOH into Na2SO3.
