摘　　要："利益决定态度,态度决定立场",民生的状况影响和左右着民众对执政党的基本评价。现代意义上的民生已经远远超出了传统意义上的"衣食住行"等基本生存需求的范畴,人们的民生诉求更多地转向精神领域、政治领域、生态领域等,从而也更多地关注自身和所处社会整体的文化权利、政治权利、生态权利的保障与实现。民生作为"切身利益"所在,是执政党意识形态合法性的现实依据,是民众社会主流价值体系认同的重要基础。People's livelihood influences and determines their evaluation of the ruling party. Livelihood in its modern sense has overstepped the life's basic necessities of food, clothing,housing and transportation, and people's attention is directed to the spiritual, political and ecological domains,and they demand the protection and realization of the cultural, political and ecological right of both their own and their community. Therefore people's livelihood is the foundation of the ruling party's ideological legitimacy and of people's identification with the mainstream social values.
