摘  要:目的 :对接在终端的反峰电路的结构方式进行分析,找出相关元件参数的计算方法。方法 :分析反峰电压产生的原因及接在终端的反峰电路的演变过程,采用微分方程分析方法、能量守恒方法,分析出电路的工作原理;再通过仿真和设备的实际电路,验证分析的正确性,完善分析方法以及电路各元件的参数计算方法。结果:反峰电压为-643 V、作用时间为225μs,无振荡产生,且电压和作用时间可根据开关管的需要进行调节。结论:该分析方法解决了接在终端的反峰电路的原理性问题,并有效地提供了接在终端的反峰电路各个元件参数的计算方法。Objective To analyze the structure of the inverse peak circuit at the terminal of the medical accelerator and to present the computing method for the parameters of corresponding components. Methods The causes of the inverse peak voltage and the evolution of the inverse peak circuit were analyzed, and the working principle of the circuit were explored with methods of differential equation and energy conservation. The simulation and actual circuits were used to analyze the analysis and to improve the methods for analysis and components parameters computing. Results It's found that the inverse peak voltage was-643 V, the action time was 225 μs, no vibration occurred, and the voltage and action time could be adjusted as needed.Conclusion The method makes clear the principle of connecting the inverse peak circuit with the terminal of the medical accelerator, and realizes the computing of the parameters of corresponding components.
