数字式保温担架的研制与应用

摘　　要：目的 ：设计并制作一种数字式保温担架,使伤员在运送时能够保持体温并帮助冻伤伤员恢复体温。方法 ：在配发的WGD2000型折叠担架的基础上加装保温装置和加热装置,底部为WGD2000型折叠式担架,折叠担架上方固定有保温装置,两侧安装供电装置,供电装置上方装有数字温度控制装置。结果：该担架能够在寒冷的条件下,将担架内部温度维持在适合人体的温度范围（36~42℃）内,对于严寒条件下抢救伤员有重大的意义。结论：该担架实现了冬季伤员转运过程中恢复伤员体温和防止二次冻伤的功能,且便于携带,具有较好的推广前景。Objective To design and manufacture a digital insulation stretcher system to keep or recover the temperature of the frostbite casualty during evacuation. Methods The system used WGD2000 folding stretcher as the base, with an insulation device fixed on the stretcher. Power supply devices were placed at both sides of the stretcher, and digital temperature controller was set above the power supply devices. Results The system kept the internal temperature between36 and 42 ℃, which was optimal for the casualty in cold conditions. Conclusion The portable system can recover the body temperature of the casualty and prevent secondary frostbite, and thus is worthy promoting for casualty transportation in winter.
