肢体湿热敷机的设计及应用

摘　　要：目的 :设计一种肢体湿热敷机,解决临床上湿热敷治疗时存在的诸多问题。方法 :采用无接触式的热敷原理设计,主要由袋体、温度控制单元、定时单元、热敷袋四大部分组成。袋体包括液体包、加热层、隔离层3个部分。热敷袋采用软质材料制成。温度控制单元和定时单元都是利用电连接达到控制温度和定时的作用。结果:该装置较好地减少了肢体湿热敷治疗时的并发症,对各种外伤、软组织损伤、肢体水肿、皮下血肿、关节积血、积液等疼痛有明显改善,提高了治疗效果,得到了患者和医护人员的一致好评。结论:该装置完全可以满足临床需要,为护理人员的操作提供了方便,且副作用小,值得推广。Objective To design a wet fomentation apparatus for extremities to solve the problems during clinical treatment.Methods The apparatus was designed with non-contact fomentation principle, which was composed of a package, a temperature-control unit, a timing unit and a fomentation bag. The package consisted of a liquid bag, a heating layer and an isolation layer. The fomentation bag was made of soft material, and the temperature control unit and timing unit realized their functions both by electrical connection. Results The apparatus could be applied to the treatment of traumas, soft tissue injuries,limb dropsy, subcutaneous hematoma, hemarthrosis, joint effusion and etc, and the complications during original therapy were all avoided. Conclusion The apparatus meets the clinical requirements and has few side effects, and thus is worthy popularizing widely.
