摘 要:目的 :提高院内药品流通效率,提升临床毒麻药品用药安全和药品效期管理水平。方法 :首先采用可扩展标记语言(extensible markup language,XML)、消息队列、中间件接口、存储过程等技术为桥梁和纽带,使医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)与智能药柜系统相对接,再设计并优化了药柜摆药、补药和退药流程,使2个系统能够互联、互通、互操作。结果:减少了药师和护士的人为错误,与使用前对比,针对临时医嘱的大宗药品、针剂药品和片剂药品的送药量分别由原来的4~5次/d和2~8次/d均变为2次/周,药品因过期造成的报废率由原来的5%降低到0%;患者等药时间由平均30 min缩短到2 min。结论 :"军卫一号"HIS与智能药柜系统的成功对接,把患者信息、医嘱信息、费用信息和药品信息统一到一个平台,使医嘱、药品、费用等数据形成一个更加简洁、高效、安全的业务闭环,提高了临床药品管理的自动化水平,也扩大了HIS的外延。Objective To improve the efficiency of hospital medicine circulation and the management of toxic drug and narcotics for clinical use. Methods The interface between HIS and automated cabinet system was implemented with XML,message queue, middleware interface and etc. The flows for drug dispensing, supplementing and returning were optimized to realize inter-connection,-communication and-operation. Results The artificial errors by the pharmacist and nurse were reduced, and the frequencies for delivering injection and tablet drugs were decreased to 2 times per week from respectively 4 to5 times per day and 2 to 8 times per day. The scrapping rate due to drug expiration was reduced to 0% from 5%, and the waiting time of the patient was also dropped to 2 min from 30 min. Conclusion The interface between HIS and automated cabinet system integrates the information on patient, prescription, charging and drug into a platform to from a closed data loop,and thus the automation of clinical drug management and the HIS extension are both enhanced.
