摘　　要：目的 :开发一套医院医疗技术体系管理软件系统,保证医生医疗技术的传承及医院医疗技术开展内容的历史性和可查性,并控制医疗业务系统逻辑达到预控的目的。方法:在软件体系采用程序.NET框架实现浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构的界面功能,通过Web Service业务逻辑控制,对业务的申请、审核、审批、试运行、转常规等步骤实现流程管理。结果:对医疗技术进行了电子化管理,并把接口嵌入到业务系统中进行资质逻辑控制,提高了医疗质量。结论:医疗技术管理系统的建立使用为提升医院医疗技术水平打下了扎实的基础,满足了医院的医疗技术传承、记录、查询、开展、控制等日常管理需求,并与医疗业务达到了完美的契合。Objective To develop a set of hospital medical technology system management software system in order to ensure the inheritance of medical technology and the retrospectivity and inquiry of medical services, and to control medical service system logic to meet the desired requirements. Methods The interface function of B/S architecture was realized by using.NET framework. Through Web Service business logic control, flow management was implemented in the application, verification,approval, trial running, transference to the routine. Results Electronic management was carried out for medical technology, and the interface was embedded into the business system to execute qualification logic control so as to improve the medical quality.Conclusion The electronic management system of medical technology lays a solid foundation for enhancing hospital medical technology, which can meet the needs of hospital medical technology heritage, record, query, development, control and other daily management needs and achieve a perfect fit with the medical service.
