摘　　要：目的 :深入研究和分析输液设备的特性和局限性,以最大程度降低不良事件发生的概率。方法 :采用理论及实验仿真模拟2种方法分析临床使用中出现的阻塞压力设置、自流、不同的输液耗材对输液速度的影响等问题。结果:提供了解决问题的方法和选用注射泵、输液泵的原则。结论:了解输液设备的基本特性,掌握选用注射泵、输液泵的原则,对于降低输液设备不良事件发生概率具有重要的意义。Objective To study the characteristics and limitations of the infusion device. Methods Theoretical analysis and simulation experiment were carried out to explore the issues during clinical use, including the setup of blocking pressure,gravity flow, influence of consumables on infusion speed. Results Some solutions were proposed, and the principles of selecting the infusion pump and transfusion pump were also described. Conclusion The incidence of adverse events of infusion device can be decreased by knowing the basic characteristics of infusion device and the principles of selecting infusion pump and transfusion pump.
