摘　　要：目的 :探讨医学工程科在医疗器械使用监管中的作用,制定促进医疗器械合理使用的监管策略,提高医院医疗器械管理水平。方法:通过对医疗器械的使用和管理现状分析,提出了医学工程科在监管中的策略,包括提升管理能力、加强量化管理、强化信息化管理、提升监管执行力、提高人员自觉性等。结果:针对医疗器械管理过程中存在问题提出的建议具有一定的实用价值,对医学工程科的管理工作具有一定的借鉴作用。结论:医学工程科应结合本单位实际情况,认真思考自身存在的问题,积极探讨有针对性的措施加以规范,建立长效常态化机制,提升医疗设备管理水平,使医疗设备更好地服务患者,实现医患双方共赢。Objective To explore the role of medical engineering department in the supervision of medical devices, to develop a regulatory strategy to promote the rational use of medical devices, and to improve the management level of medical devices in hospitals. Methods Some strategies on medical devices supervision were proposed based on the analysis on their usage and management, including enhancing management level, strengthening quantitative management, promoting informatized management, improving supervision execution, increasing personnel consciousness and etc. Results In view of the problems existing in the management of medical equipment, reasonable suggestions were put forward, which had a certain practical value, and provided references to the management of medical engineering department. Conclusion Medical engineering department should be combined with the actual situation and give serious thought to the problems, actively explore the specification according to the measures, establish long-term mechanism of normalization and raise the level of management of medical equipment.
