摘　　要：目的 :探讨中小医院应急医疗队在城市危化品爆炸中的救治流程及有效组织的方法。方法 :立即启动应急医疗队处置突发事件医学救援应急预案,合理分工,科学高效组织救治。结果:快速检诊伤员136人,转运重症伤者16人,完成手术64人,换药处置46人,留观输液10人。圆满完成了上级赋予的这次大爆炸医学救援任务,有效检验了应急力量的保障水平和应急能力。结论:中小医院应急医疗队快速反应遂行各类卫勤保障任务,对于提高突发事件现场医学救援的能力和救治成效具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the working flow and organization of the emergency medical units of small and medium sized hospitals for medical rescue of urban hazardous chemicals explosion. Methods Preplans of emergency incidents medical rescue were mobilized for the emergency medical units. Results There were 136 patients undergoing rapid triage, 16 critically wounded ones undergoing evacuation, 64 ones undergoing operation, 46 ones undergoing dressing changing and 10 ones held for transfusion. The medical rescue of the hazardous chemicals explosion was completed successfully, and the ability of the emergency forces was proved for emergency response. Conclusion The involvement of the emergency medical units of small and medium sized hospitals in types of medical support is of great significance for the enhancement of medical rescue ability.
