改良心理干预措施对孕妇分娩结局及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨改良心理干预措施对临产孕妇妊娠结局及生活质量的影响。方法将在我院分娩的156例临产孕妇按照时间段分为对照组(n=78)和观察组(n=78),分别予以常规护理和改良心理干预措施,采用生活质量指数问卷对两组产后1 w生活质量进行评定,比较两组妊娠结局。结果观察组非病理性剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),婴儿母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组分娩后生活质量各项得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良心理干预措施能有效消除临产孕妇的不良情绪,提高阴道正常分娩率,优化母婴结局,促进产后身体恢复,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of improved psychological intervention on the delivery outcomes and quality of life of pregnant women. Methods A total of 156 parturient women who gave birth to babies in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group （n=78, respectively） according to the time quantum. The two groups were treated with conventional nursing and improved psychological intervention respectively. QL-Index was applied to evaluate the quality of life in the two groups one week after the delivery and the delivery outcomes in the two groups were compared. Results Non-pathological cesarean delivery rate, postpartum hemorrhage rate and neonatal asphyxia rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the breasffeeding rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of postpartum items of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The improved psychological intervention can effectively eliminate the negative emotions of pregnant women, improve the normal vaginal delivery rate and maternal-infant outcomes, promote postpartum recovery, and improve the quality of life, thus it is worthy of clinical promotion.
