摘  要:参保人或潜在参保人对社保政策的信任是社保制度顺利和持续运行的一项重要基础。本文基于成都市城镇企业职工问卷调查数据分析劳动权益保障对职工社保政策信任的影响,结果表明:城镇企业职工就业中的劳动权益保障状况与其对社保政策的信任成正向关系;处于不同生命周期阶段的城镇企业职工对社保政策的信任状况存在差异;处于不同生命周期阶段的城镇企业职工,劳动权益保障状况对其社保政策信任的影响不同。在我国改革逐步深化的过程中,强化对劳动者合法权益的保障有利于提升其对社保政策的信任程度,重视评估各项政策的实施效果并及时改进则可能对提升居民总体制度信任程度具有积极作用。The trust in social security policy by those insured or potential insured is an important basis for the smooth and continuous operation of the social security system. Impact of Employees' labor rights protection on their trust in social security policy is studied based on the survey data collected from employees among the firms in urban Chengdu city. The conclusions include : first, employees' labor rights protection has a positive effect on their trust in social security policy. Second, the trust in social security policy of employees may differ in terms of one' s life cycle stage. Third, the impact of labor rights protection on the trust in social security policy may vary for those employees in different life cycle stages. As legal rights is beneficial to the China' s reform process goes deepen , to strengthen the protection of employees' security policy, and to put emphasis assessment and improvement of the policies may has a positive effect on promotion of the overall institutional on the trust.
