摘　　要："十三五"时期中国社会保障制度的可持续发展关系到制度长远发展的利益,关系到更好地实现我国全面建成小康社会的目标、最终促进人民生活水平实质性的提高。围绕"‘十三五’时期中国社会保障制度可持续发展"的主题,人力资源和社会保障部、武汉大学、中国社科院、中国人民大学等多所知名科研机构社会保障领域的专家,对社会保障发展的道路、新时期下社会保障外部生态的新变化对制度的影响、相对应的制度调整进行了有力的分析和思考、积极探讨了我国社会保障制度可持续发展面临的困境、对社会保障专业学科的未来发展也进行了理性的讨论。The sustainable development of China＇ s social security system during the 13th Five -Year Plan period relates the benefits of the long - term development of the system and to better implement the ＂ a well - off society＂ in an all -round way, ultimately promote the improvement of peoples material living standards. Surrounding the topic of the ＂ sustainable development of China＇ s social security system during the 13th Five - Year Plan period＂ ,many of experts in the field of social security from The ministry of human resources and social security, Wuhan university, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Renmin University of China and so on, have a powerful analysis and thinking in the road to development of social security, the impact of some new changes about Social security＇s external ecology during the new period on the system, the corresponding system adjustment. They also explore the difficult of the China＇ s social security system realize sustainable development actively, have rational discussion on the future development of the social security discip.line.
