摘　　要：邵武地区烟草种植中出现新病害,利用ITS基因序列对烟株病害部位分离出的两种真菌进行分析鉴定。通过构建系统发育树,结合菌落形态特征,鉴定这两种真菌为九州镰孢菌(F.kyushuense)和中国布拉氏霉菌(B.sinensise)。A new tobacco disease appeared in Shaowu area, ITS gene sequence analysis was used to identificated two fungus strains which isolated from the infected strain of tobacco. By constructing phylogenetic tree with the colony morphology characteristics, the two fungus strains were identificated which were F. kyushuense and B. sinensise.
