电针对胃肠腑热型单纯性肥胖病患者内脏脂肪的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察电针治疗对胃肠腑热型单纯性肥胖病患者内脏脂肪的临床疗效。方法:纳入40例胃肠腑热型单纯性肥胖病患者,且腰围满足男性≥90cm,女性≥80cm。采用电针干预方法,穴取曲池、足三里、下巨虚、上巨虚、内庭、前谷、二间、天枢、丰隆,隔日治疗1次,12次为一疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,观察治疗前后患者肥胖指标[体质量、肥胖度(A%)、体质量指数(BMI)、体脂百分率(F%,皮脂厚度法)]、体围指标(胸围、腰围、臀围、股围、腰臀比)、体成分指标[体脂百分率(F%)、体水分率、内脏脂肪交叉估计指数(VFA)]的改善情况。同时纳入与观察组年龄、性别相当的正常人共40例作为正常对照观察。结果:观察组总有效率为97.5%(39/40),治疗后患者体质量、A%、F%、BMI、胸围、腰围、臀围、股围、腰臀比、VFA均较治疗前降低(均P<0.01),体水分率较治疗前升高(P<0.01);但观察组治疗后各项指标与正常对照组差异仍有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:电针胃肠腑热型单纯性肥胖病患者不仅减轻体质量,且能显著降低内脏脂肪,并改善机体成分,增加机体水分率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture（EA）for visceral fat of simple obesity with stomach and intestinal heat.Methods Forty patients（waistline of male≥90cm and female≥80cm）were treated with EA at Quchi（LI 11）,Zusanli（ST 36）,Xiajuxu（ST 39）,Shangjuxu（ST 37）,Neiting（ST 44）,Qiangu（SI 2）,Erjian（LI 2）,Tianshu（ST 25）and Fenglong（ST 40）for continuous 3courses（12treatments as1course）once every other day.The observation items before and after treatment were obesity indices [body weight（W）,obesity degree（A%）,body mass index（BMI）,body fat percentage（F%,skinfold thickness method）],body circumference indices（chest measurement,waistline,hip circumference,thigh circumference,waistto-hip ratio）and body composition indices [body fat percentage（F%）,body moisture content ratio,visceral fat cross assessment index（VFA）].Besides,40 healthy control subjects with similar ages and gender ratio were recruited as control.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%（39/40）,with lower W,A%,F%,BMI,chest measurement,waistline,hip circumference,thigh circumference,waist-to-hip ratio and VFA as well as higher body moisture content ratio after treatment（all P〈0.01）.While there was statistical significance between the two groups for all the indices after treatment（all P〈0.01）.Conclusion EA can induce body weight and visceral fat of simple obesity with stomach and intestinal heat as well as improve body composition.Besides,body moisture ratio increases.
