摘  要:涡流损耗是气体绝缘母线(GIBs)温升的主要原因,为了提高GIB温升计算精度,建立准确的涡流场分析模型尤为必要。以某126 kV三相共箱式气体绝缘母线为研究对象,对触头结构进行了适当简化,考虑了触头接触电阻,并对其进行等效处理,采用A,φ-A法建立母线正弦稳态三维涡流场数学模型,并利用伽辽金法对模型进行有限元离散,计算出近似额定负载电流条件下GIB的电流密度及焦耳热损耗分布。结果表明,因接触电阻产生的焦耳热损耗约占GIB整体功率损耗的40%,在进行母线热分析时不能够忽略触头接触电阻对母线温度场计算造成的影响。该模型对于提高GIB温升计算的准确性具有实际意义。Eddy current loss is the most important reason of tempe,'ature rise in gas insulated bus bars ((.1Bs). In order to increase the calculation accuracy of temperature rise in GIBs, it is neeessary to establish a precise eddy current analysis model. A 126 kV GIB prototype of three-phase in one tank is studied. The structure of contact is simplified appropriately. The contact resistance is considered and some equivalence is earried out. The A, φ-A based mathematical model of 3D sinusoidal steady-state eddy current fie, ld is established, which is meshed with the Galerkin finite element method. The distributions of current density and joule heat loss in GIB at nearly rated load are ealculated. The resuh shows that the joule heat losses caused by the contact resistance is about 40% of the total loss in GIB, which means the influence of the contact resistance on the temperature rise cannot be ignored in thermal analysis process of GIB. The proposed model has actual meaning for the accurate temperature rise calculation in GIBs.
