摘 要:通过薄壁方钢管砂卵石组合柱稳定承载力试验,拟合推导出适合一定条件下的承载力计算式。并在此基础上以组合柱稳定极限荷载为目标函数,以砂卵石压实系数、组合柱长细比及宽厚比为因素,采用正交试验设计方法设计不同因子水平的试验,进行直观分析。结果表明:宽厚比影响最大,压实系数次之,长细比影响不大。并且得出了组合柱承载力的最佳正交组合,即压实系数为87.7%、长细比为24.2、宽厚比为30。Through the stability capacity test of thin-walled square steel tube sandy pebble composite columns,the capacity formula was fitted and derived under certain conditions. Based on the results,taking the stability bearing capacity of composite columns as object function,and sandy pebble compaction factor,composite columns slenderness ratio and thickness ratio were used as main factors to design different factor levels of test for direct analysis by orthogonal test method.The results showed that thickness ratio had the greatest effect,followed by compaction factor and slenderness ratio had little effect. Meanwhile,the best orthogonal combination of composite columns was obtained,as for 87. 7% compaction factor,slenderness ratio with 24. 2 and thickness ratio with 30.
