摘 要:介绍了港珠澳大桥九洲航道桥钢塔在焊缝设计、焊接工艺以及精细化管理等方面的技术特点。在对比分析了国内外钢桥建造技术特点的同时,针对钢塔结构的制作难点,重点介绍了钢塔大节段制作过程中板单元自动化焊接、无码组焊、无损吊装及翻身等工艺的优化措施和创新应用,并阐述了其应用效果。此外,对钢塔整体制作的工艺过程也进行了详细介绍。The technical characteristics of the steel towers on Jiuzhou Navigable Bridge of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge were introduced from the aspects of welds design,welding technology and delicacy management. The fabrication techniques characteristics of steel bridges in domestic and foreign were compared and analyzed. Based on the fabrication difficulties of the steel tower,this paper focused on the optimization measures and innovations for the general fabrication process of the steel tower as well as its practical effects,such as automatic welding for steel plate elements,assembling and welding without temporary fixing plates,nondestructive lifting and turn-over. The general fabrication process of the steel towers was introduced in detail.
