摘　　要：基于iFIX设计和开发了热连轧生产仿真监控系统,该系统可脱离实际生产设备进行热连轧主要生产工艺的仿真与监控操作,同时,开发了报警、曲线显示、报表输出等监控系统所必需的基本功能,解决了热连轧生产监控的模拟操作问题。This paper designs and developes simulation monitoring system of hot strip mill based on Ifix,Simulation and monitoring the operation of the system can be used for the main production process of hot rolling off the production equipment.The basic functional development of alarm,curve display,report output monitoring system requirements,to solve the problem of hot rolling simulation operation monitoring.
