摘　　要：研究了轻轨节段箱梁预制拼装施工技术。结合城市高架轻轨工程,针对施工中常见的节段梁局部剪力键损坏、节段梁错台、节段梁内底及顶板板缝隙情况等问题,分析了产生原因,探讨了修复措施,提出了整改措施,获得满足线型要求的节段拼装成果,值得同行借鉴。This paper studies segmental precasting and assembling technologies of box beam in the construction of light rails. Based on the urban elevated light rail project in Macao,the research explores the causes of local shear connector failure,faulted slabs,cracks of floor and roof in segmental beams with short-line method during the process of construction. Besides,the repair measures are discussed and corrective measures are put forward in this paper. Finally,the conclusion which meets the linear requirements of segmental assembling is reached,and it may have reference value in this area.
