摘 要:为探明土壤理化因素对香蕉枯萎病菌的影响,在实验室条件下,以尖镰孢古巴专化型4号生理小种(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense race 4,Foc 4)菌株为对象,模拟不同的土壤类型、温度、含水量和pH值等条件,观察和分析这些因子对凡c4生长和侵染的影响。结果表明,Foc4在土壤中生长的最适条件为:土壤温度25℃,含水量达到30%和偏酸性条件(pH4~5);在盆栽试验中,RK4的最佳侵染条件为:温度30℃,偏酸性(pH3~5)的土壤环境。In order to verify the effects of soil physi-chemieal factors on the banana tusarmm wilt pathogen (Fusarium oacysporum f. sp. cubense race 4,Foc 4), various soil physi-chemical factors inclu- ding soil types, temperature, water content and pH value were simulated under laboratory conditions, and the effects on the growth and infection of Foc 4 were observed and analyzed. The results showed that the optimal growth conditions for Foc 4 were at 25 ℃ with higher soil moisture of 30%and acidic pH value of 4 to 5 in soil; whereas the optimal infection conditions of Foc 4 to banana plantlets were at 30 ℃ and in the acidic soil environment (pH 3 to 5) in the pot experiments.
