摘  要:多短柱钢筋混凝土高层建筑结构中短柱是潜在的抗震薄弱部位。针对该类结构在实际工程中抗震性能的不确定性,以一按弹性设计并采取常规加强措施的多短柱钢筋混凝土高层框架—剪力墙结构的实际工程为例,工程所在地区的基本烈度为7度(0.10 g),采用Push-over分析方法分析了设防烈度为7度时结构的抗震性能,并用能力谱法对抗震性能进行了评估。结果表明:该结构在7度多遇地震下第一扭转与第一平动阵型的周期比为0.812,层间位移角1/1120,小于规范0.9和1/800的限值,满足"小震不坏"的抗震水准,但罕遇地震作用时至少一个方向不存在性能点,不满足"大震不倒"设防目标;类似复杂结构除按常规进行弹性设计外,尚应进行罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性分析。Short columns are the potential weak parts of seismic resistance in multi-short-column reinforced concrete high-rise building structure. In view of the uncertainty of the seismic performance of this kind of structure, the paper takes a practical engineering of shear wall structure as example, which is a multi-short-column reinforced concrete frame with a flexible design and a conventional strengthening measure. The basic intensity is 7 degree (0.10g) ,then by through Pushover Analysis, the paper does the research on its seismic performance in the seismic fortification intensity of 7 degree , at the same time uses the capacity spectrum method to evaluate the seismic resistance. The results show that the period ratio of the structure's first torsion and the first translational formation was 0. 812, inter-story displacement angle was 1/1120, which were less than the standard limit of 0.9 and 1 / 800 under 7 degree frequently occurred earthquakes. It can satisfy the seismic level of the "small earthquak earthquak e being not bad", but one direction does not have a performance point under 7 degree e action, so it cannot meet the target of "large earthquake does not fall". It can be seen that, besides the elastic design, the complex structure should also take elastic-plastic analysis under the rarely met earthquakes.
