摘 要:以氯化锌和碳酸钠为原料,通过均匀沉淀法制备纳米氧化锌。借助激光粒度分析仪及透射电镜等分析手段,探索制备工艺条件对纳米氧化锌粒径及形貌的影响规律。最佳工艺条件:锌离子(Zn^(2+))初始浓度为0.74 mol/L,碳酸根与锌离子浓度比[c(CO_3^(2-))/c(Zn^(2+))]为1.1,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为40 min,煅烧温度为600℃,煅烧时间为1 h。在此条件下制备纳米氧化锌颗粒形貌为球形,粒度均匀,粒径约为25 nm,二次粒径(D50)为549.9 nm,分散性好。该工艺条件为低成本工业化制备纳米氧化锌提供了基础数据。Nanometer zinc oxide was synthesized by the homogeneous precipitation method from zinc chloride and sodium carbonate.The affecting law of preparation conditions on nanometer zinc oxide particle size and morphology was investigated by laser particle size analyzer and TEM etc..The optimum process conditions were found as follows :the initial Zn^2+ concentration was 0.74 mol/L,c (CO3^2-)/c (Zn^2+) =1.1, the reaction time was 40 min, the reaction temperature was 90 ℃, the calcination temperature was 600 ℃, and the calcination time was 1 h.Under these conditions nanometer zinc oxide had spherical morphologies,uniform granularity,and good dispersivity with particles size of 25 nm and second particle size (D50) of 549.9 nm.The study results can provide basic data for studying team to industrially produce nanometer zinc oxide in low cost.
