云南高校男性大学新生高尿酸血症与BMI的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解云南高校男性大学新生体质指数状况和高尿酸血症患病率水平,探讨高尿酸血症与体质指数的相关性,为高校青少年超重、肥胖和高尿酸血症的防治工作提供科学数据。方法对2015级云南高校男性大学新生进行体格检查和血尿酸检测。数据录入采用epidata双录入,数据分析采用方差分析、pearson相关性分析、卡方检验、logistic回归分析。结果云南高校2015级男性大学新生超重率为12.34%,肥胖率为6.01%。血尿酸水平为356.61±69.61umol/L,高尿酸血症患病率为24.94%。BMI与血尿酸值有直线相关关系(r=0.186,P<0.05)。根据BMI分组,各组高尿酸血症的患病率为,消瘦组11.1%,正常组22.0%,超重组41.8%,肥胖组68.1%,随着BMI数值的增高,高尿酸血症的患病率随之增高(趋势=75.24,P<0.001)。结论 BMI与大学生患高尿酸血症呈正相关,已成为大学生患高尿酸血症的危险因素。此现象应引起教育部门和卫生部门的重视,学校卫生保健工作中应该采取措施,控制学生超重率、肥胖率和高尿酸血症的患病率,有针对性的开展干预活动,增强青少年学生健康水平。Objective To understand the status of BMI and the prevalence of hyperuricemia among male freshmen in Yunnan universities, to explore their correlation, and to provide the scientific basis for controlling and preventing overweight, obesity and hyperuricemia on freshmen in universities. Methods This study was conducted in Yunnan universities. The data were received by physical check - up and blood uric acid test on male freshmen. Double entry was applied by Epidata. Chi square test, analysis of variance, linear correlation, and logistic regression were used to analyze the data. Results Blood uric acid level was 356.61 ＋ 69.61umol/L. Prevalence of hyperuricemia was 24.94%. The rates of overweight and obesity were 12.34% and 6. 01% ,respectively. The levels of blood uric acid were various in different BMI groups. By pearson correlation analysis,BMl and levels of blood uric acid had a linear correlation （ r = 0. 186,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The prevalence of overweight, obesity and hyperuricemia of male freshmen are high. The higher BMI, the higher level of uric acid and the higher prevalence of hyperuricemia. The government should take measures to control the prevalence of weight and hyperurieemia, and carry out intervention activities to improve young students＇ health.
