摘  要:目的探讨胸部低剂量高分辨电子计算机断层扫描(CT)扫描用于诊断尘肺病的可行性。方法选取2015年6月至2016年2月于广州市职业病防治院广州市第十二人民医院确诊的65例尘肺病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行常规剂量与低剂量胸部高分辨扫描,并对采集的图像进行重建及后处理,分别对重建图像进行评价和对比分析。结果常规剂量能检测出的尘肺p、q、r小阴影,低剂量组同样可以检出,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两剂量组患者扫描图像小叶中心分枝状影、双肺线状影、小叶间隔增厚影、小叶中心肺气肿中s影、t影显示率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论低剂量高分辨CT胸部扫描对尘肺病的显示与常规剂量扫描无明显差异,但辐射剂量明显降低,应用于尘肺病检查中是可行的。Objective To investigate the feasibility of low dose and high resolution computed tomography(CT) scan in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods Select February June 2015 to 2016 in Guangzhou City,Guangzhou City occupation disease prevention and treatment hospital,the 12 th people's hospital diagnosed 65 cases of pneumoconiosis patients as the object of study,all patients underwent conventional dose and low dose chest high resolution CT,and reconstruction and post processing of the image acquisition, respectively on image reconstruction for evaluation and comparative analysis.Results Conventional dose can detect pneumoconiosis P,Q,R,small shadow,low dose group can also be detected,the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05);two dose groups were scanned image centrilobular branching,double lung linear opacities,interlobular septal thickening, centrilobular emphysema in s,t shadow display rate differences had no statistical significance(P〉0.05).Conclusion Low dose and high resolution CT chest scan showed no significant difference between the patients with pneumoconiosis and conventional dose,but the radiation dose was significantly lower,and it was feasible to apply to pneumoconiosis.
