摘　　要：党的十八届五中全会旗帜鲜明地提出了绿色发展理念,这是生态文明建设在发展理念上的具体表现,赋予大学生绿色素养培育以新的内涵和时代价值,为新形势下加强大学生绿色素养培育提出了新要求。The Fifth Session of the Eighteen Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the concept of green development. This is the specific performance in the development concept of constructing ecological civilization,which entrust the cultivation of college students＇ green literacy a new connotation and contemporary value,and put forward new requirements under the new situation to strengthen the cultivation of college students＇ green literacy.
