摘 要:目的探讨微量元素锌、铁与呼吸道合胞病毒感染之间的关系,为呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的治疗及预防寻找具有临床应用价值的方法。方法将60例呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿纳入观察组,同期60例健康体检儿童作为健康对照组,采用原子吸收光谱法对两组患儿的全血标本进行锌、铁元素的检测与比较。结果与健康对照组相比,各年龄组段肺炎患儿的全血锌、铁元素水平均明显低下,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童全血锌、铁元素水平低下可能与呼吸道合胞病毒性肺炎相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between zinc and Fe microelements with the respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)infection and to find a clinical and practical treatment and prevention method for RSV caused pneumonia.Methods Sixty children patients with RSV pneumonia were enrolled in the observation group,and contemporaneous sixty healthy children served as the control group.Then the concentrations of whole blood zinc and Fe microelements were detected by using atomic absorption spectroscopy.Results Compared with the healthy control group,the levels of whole blood zinc and Fe microelements in different age periods of RSV pneumonia group were significantly decreased with statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion The decrease of whole blood zinc and Fe microelements levels in children may be associated with RSV caused pneumonia.
