摘 要:越来越多的光伏电源以分布式的方式接入配电网,改变了配网原有的结构,给配网的电流保护带来了诸多影响。从电网侧出发,分析了光伏电源接入配网对配电网的影响,建立了基于电流保护约束的光伏电源接入模型,并在IEEE33节点配网系统上进行了算例验证,通过粒子群算法(PSO)得出了在不改变配网原有保护和电力系统安全运行条件下的分布式光伏电源的最佳接入位置和容量。研究结果为分布式光伏电源的选址和定容提供了一定的理论依据。An increasing number of photovoltaic power supplied in a distributed way was accessed to distribution network, which changes the original structure of the electric power system and brings great influence on the distribution network based on the current protection. Based on the grid side, the influence of photovoltaic power supplied to the distribution network was analyzed, a photovoltaic power supply access model based on current protection was established, a numerical example on the IEEE33 node distribution network was verified, the optimal access location and capacity of distributed PV power supply without changing the original protection and power system safe operation conditions of distribution network was obtained, and particle swarm optimization (PSO) method was applied, which provids us a theoretical basis for the location and capacity of distributed PV power construction.
