摘　　要：2016年起国家实施二孩政策标志着我国计划生育政策进入了一个全新的阶段,我国少数民族计划生育政策相应修订的同时面临着诸多问题。本文对针对我国少数民族计划生育政策立法的瑕疵及当前人们对少数民族计划生育政策认识的误区,提出行之有效的解决措施,从而达到民族和谐、社会稳定的目的。The two children policy is started to implement since 2016 symbolizes that China% family planning policy has entered into a new stage. The corresponding revision of the minority family planning policy in China faces many problems at the same time. Aiming at the defects of the legislation of minority family planning policy of our country and the misunderstanding areas of people towards minority family planning policy, this paper puts forward effective measures to solve them in order to achieve our purpose of ethnic harmony and social stability.
