青岛地区不同性别无偿献血者血液筛查结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解青岛市不同性别无偿献血者血液筛检不合格情况,为制定适宜的宣传策略、保护血源提供依据。方法对本站2013～2015年的301105例无偿献血者血液标本进行血站常规项目筛查,结果按不同性别进行统计学分析。结果青岛地区无偿献血者血液标本的筛查不合格率分别为：ALT（0.80%）、HBV（0.26%）、HCV（0.13%）、HIV（0.06%）、TP（0.41%）。不同性别无偿献血者HBV对比,差异有统计学意义（x2=4.24,P〈0.05）,不合格率男性略低于女性,男性远高于女性的为ALT（x2=285.4）、男性远低于女性为TP（x2=101.54）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。不同性别无偿献血者HCV、HIV的筛查不合格率无统计学意义。结论三年中本地无偿献血人群女性献血者的HBV、TP不合格率高于男性,而ALT不合格率低于男性。针对本地区无偿献血男女不合格率特点制定相应宣传策略,减少血液浪费。且既要排除高危献血者,又要保证充足的血液供应所以尽快建立血液召回刻不容缓。Objective To investigate the unqualified blood screening of blood donation for different gender in Qingdao City,and provide the basis for the formulation of suitable publicity strategy,the protection of the blood.Methods 301105 cases the 2013-2015 years of non remunerated blood donation of blood samples for blood routine screening program.The results according to different gender were statistically analyzed.Results The unqualified rate of blood samples of blood donors in Qingdao area were ALT（0.80%）,HBV（0.26%）,HCV（0.13%）,HIV（0.06%）,（）,TP（）,and（0.41%）.Different gender in unpaid blood donors in HBV（x2=4.24,P〈0.05）unqualifi ed rate of male was slightly lower than women,men far more than women for the ALT（x2=285.4,P〈0.05）,men are far lower than those of the female for TP（x2=101.54,P〈0.05） were statistically signifi cant.There was no signifi cant difference in the rate of screening of HCV and HIV of blood donors with different genders.Conclusion In three years,the HBV and TP of female blood donors were higher than men in the local blood donors,but the rate of ALT was lower than that of men.According to the characteristics of the non qualifi ed rate of male and female blood donors in this area,make the corresponding propaganda strategy,reduce the waste of blood.And both to exclude high-risk blood donors,but also to ensure adequate blood supply so as soon as possible to establish a blood recall.
