先天性胆道闭锁患儿母亲自我感受的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨先天性胆道闭锁患儿母亲的自我感受,以期为护理人员更符合满足患儿母亲身心需求的护理措施提供临床依据。方法 2015年6月,采用目的抽样法选择在解放军第302医院肝纤维化诊疗中心治疗的先天性胆道闭锁患儿的母亲10名为研究对象。采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对其进行半结构式访谈,并采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析、整理、提炼主题。结果患儿母亲的自我感受可归纳为以下4个主题:心理压力过大,经济负担过重,社会支持薄弱,疾病知识欠缺。结论护士应主动了解患儿母亲的真实感受,帮助其获得更多的理解和支持,并有针对性的提供相关的护理。Objective To discuss the mothers’self-perception of children with congenital biliary atresia （CBA）,in order to provide clinical evidence for nursing personnel propose the countermeasures to meet mothers’physical and mental needs.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted with 10 mothers of children with CBA.Data were analyzed,organized and extracted based on Colaizzi phenomenological research method.Results The mothers’feelings were classified into 4 themes,including heavy psychologi-cal burden,heavy economic burden,weak social support and lack of disease knowledge.Conclusions Nur-ses should understand the true feels of mothers,and help them to achieve more understanding and sup-port,and provide targeted relevant nursing.
