锂离子电芯电压测量电路研究

摘  要:锂离子单电芯电压的精确测量是锂离子电池组电池管理系统所必备的重要功能,本研究探讨多个合适的锂离子单电芯电压测量电路,如分压电阻测量电路、差动放大器测量电路、模拟多任务器加差动放大器测量电路、光继电器加差动放大器测量电路、光继电器测量电路、多任务器加光继电器测量电路,深入研究各个电压测量电路优缺点,并自行开发出一个基于DMOS组件的锂离子电芯电压测量电路,本文除了对本电路做详细的描述,并以实际测量结果显示本电压测量具有高精确度与可靠度。The accurate measurement of cell voltages in a lithium ion battery module in series is an important function required by a battery management system. This paper investigates some of the suitable cell voltage measurement circuits: voltage divider circuit, differential amplifier voltage measuring circuit, differential amplifier/ analog multiplexer voltage measuring circuit, photo coupler voltage measuring circuit, and photo coupler/ analog multiplexer voltage measuring circuit, for lithium ion battery modules. Rigorous evaluations of the selected voltage measuring circuits are presented in the paper. To improve the shortcomings of the existing voltage measuring circuits, a new voltage measuring circuit based on DMOS component is designed in this paper. Detailed investigation of the newly developed DOMS based voltage measuring circuit is also presented in the paper. Experimental results show good accuracy and reliability of the DOMS based voltage measuring circuit.
