摘　　要：目的探讨应用改良Kawase入路显微外科切除岩斜坡区肿瘤的疗效和手术方法。方法回顾性分析18例采用改良Kawase入路显微外科切除的中上岩斜坡区肿瘤患者的临床资料和随访结果。结果本组病例包括脑膜瘤8例,三叉神经鞘瘤2例,表皮样囊肿4例,海绵状血管瘤2例,脑干胶质瘤2例。肿瘤全切15例,次全切除3例,均未发生术后死亡,未出现迟发性颅内出血、脑脊液漏、感染等并发症。结论改良Kawase入路适合应用于切除中上岩斜坡区肿瘤。Objective To explore the outcome and surgical techniques in patients with middle-upper petroclival tumors resected microsurgically via modified Kawase approach .Method The clinical data and follow-up results of 18 consecutive petroclival tumors patients with modified Kawase approach were retrospectively analyzed .Results In this group , there were 8 meningiomas , 2 trigeminal schwannomas ,2 pontine gliomas and 4 petrosal cholesteatomas .Tumors were removed totally in 15 patients,removed subtotally in 3 patients.There was no mortality.There was no complications of postoperative hematoma , CSF leak or infections .Conclusions The modified Kawase approach is very suitable for the exision of the tumors in middle-upper petroclival region .
