摘　　要：构建联合投送法规制度体系,是提升联合投送法制化规范化水平、提高部队投送能力的重要举措和根本保证。阐述联合投送法规制度体系构建的重要意义,梳理外军经验做法,分析我军相关法规制度建设现状与问题,从原则、架构、方法等方面提出体系构建的总体思路,并提出推进体系建设的对策措施。Laws and regulations system is very important for the joint projection of our army. Constructing such a system not only helps to build a strong army,but also improves the joint projection efficiency and capability of our army. In this paper,the significance of constructing such a system is emphasized and the experience and practice of the other countries are introduced. Then,with an analysis of the status and problems of our army in this field,it is suggested that certain principles should be followed and certain measures should be taken to promote the construction.
