摘　　要：为深刻理解党的十八届五中全会提出的"共享发展"新理念,强化全体官兵关于我国发展变革的全局意识。在分析共享是中国特色社会主义的本质要求基础上,解析党着力践行以人民为中心的发展思想,并思考党把共享发展作为分配治理基本原则的新理念与新实践。To have a deeper understanding of the concept-＂ the sharing of the development achievements＂ proposed in the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and to enhance our armymen＇ s consciousness of the overal development and reform of our country, this paper, after pointing out that ＂sharing＂ is the essence of Chinese socialism, expounds our party ＇ s belief in people-centered development. It also reflects on the new concept and new practice of our party in taking ＂sharing of the development achievements＂ the basic distribution principle.
