摘  要:目的:分析变应性鼻炎(AR)造成嗅觉障碍的机制中类胰蛋白酶和嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的作用。方法:以50例AR患者为AR组,50例健康志愿者为对照组。比较AR组和对照组的类胰蛋白酶、ECP、鼻气道阻力与嗅觉测定结果,分析其相关性。结果:AR组患者鼻腔分泌物的ECP和类胰蛋白酶较对照组明显增多(P<0.05),嗅觉情况也明显较对照组差(P<0.05),但2组在鼻气道阻力测定上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:类胰蛋白酶和ECP可能是导致AR患者嗅觉障碍的主要因素。Objective:Olfactory dysfunction is one of the common symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR), but the underlying mechanisms are not yet known. The purpose of this study was to explore the underlying mechanisms which tryptase and eosinophilic cationic protein(ECP) lead to olfactory dysfunction in patients with AR. Method:We have compared the results between tryptase, ECP, nasal airway resistance and olfactory function of the patients with AR and analyzed the correlations between them. Result:Patients with AR showed impaired olfactory functions compaired to the control group, but there was no differences in the nasal airway resistance between the two groups. Nasal secretion analysis in the patients with AR showed that the level of tryptase and ECP was increased in comparison with the controls. Conclusion: The increase of tryptase and ECP in the olfactory cleft can lead to olfactory dysfunction in patients with AR.
