身心康复锻炼对乳腺癌病人放化疗后自我管理效能感的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨身心康复锻炼对乳腺癌病人放化疗后自我管理效能感的影响。[方法]根据随机抽签原则将110例乳腺癌病人分为治疗组与对照组各55例,对照组给予常规健康教育,治疗组给予积极的身心康复锻炼,干预周期为3个月。[结果]两组干预后的自我效能评分呈现明显增加趋势,干预后治疗组的自我效能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在功能、情感、社会/家庭、生理状况方面评分高于对照组(P<0.05),对照组和治疗组的护理满意度分别为89.09%和100.00%,治疗组出现恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、皮肤过敏、肺部感染、肝肾毒性等并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]身心康复锻炼应用于乳腺癌病人放化疗过程中,能有效提高病人自我管理效能,减少并发症的发生。Objective：To probe into the effect of physical and psychological rehabilitation exercise on self management efficacy of breast cancer patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods：According to the principle of random draw,ll0 cases of breast cancer patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 55 cases in each. The patients in control group were given routine health education, the patients in treatment group received active physical and mental rehabilitation exercise,intervention period was 3 months. Results： Selfefficacy score of the two groups showed a significant increasing trend, self - efficacy score in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. In and treatment group, scores were higher than those in control group （P〈0. 05） in aspects of functional, emotional and social/family physiological status. Nursing satisfaction of control group and treatment group was respective 89.09% and 100.00%. The incidence of nausea and vomiting, bone marrow suppression, skin allergies,pulmonary infection, liver and kidney toxicity in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The application of physical and psychological rehabilitation exercise for breast cancer patients during the course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy could effectively improve the patien＇s self-management efficacy,and reduce the incidence of complications.
