除湿通痹方对急性痛风性关节炎小鼠抗炎镇痛的作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨除湿通痹方的抗炎、镇痛作用,为临床治疗急性痛风性关节炎提供实验依据。方法通过二甲苯涂抹制备小鼠耳廓肿胀模型及采用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验,观察除湿通痹方的抗炎作用;通过醋酸法和热板法致小鼠实验性疼痛模型,观察除湿通痹方的镇痛作用。结果除湿通痹方Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组对小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用(P<0.05,P<0.01);除湿通痹方Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组能显著抑制醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高(P<0.01);除湿通痹方I组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组对醋酸所致小鼠扭体模型中有一定的镇痛作用(P<0.01),且存在剂量依赖性;除湿通痹方Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组在给药后30、60、90、120min均能延长小鼠痛反应潜伏期(P<0.05,P<0.01),其痛阈提高率在25%以上。结论除湿通痹方具有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用,可用于急性痛风性关节炎的治疗。Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic of the gout one prescription, and to improve the experimental evidence for clinical treatment of acute gout arthritis. Methods We need to prepare to ear swelling model of rats by xylene and the capillary permeability induced by acetic acid of rats, to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of the gout one prescription;the experimental pain model of rats induced by acetic acid and hot pate method was used to observe the analgesic effect of the gout one prescription. Results The effect of II group and Ⅲ group of the gout one prescription on the ear swelling of rats was significantly inhibited （P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）;the increasing of the peritoneal capillary permeability in mice induced by acetic acid was significantly inhibited by Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group of the gout one prescription（P〈0.01 ）;the analgesic effect of I group, Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group of the gout one prescription on the mouse torsion model induced by acetic acid was significant （P〈0.01）, and the analgesic effect of I group, Ⅱ group and Ⅲ group of the gout one prescription has dosage dependence; 30minutes, 60minutes, 90minutes, 120 minutes after given by Ⅱ group and HI group of the gout one prescription, its incubation period of pain response in mice was prolonged（P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）, and the pain threshold was increased at a rate above 25%. Conclusion The gout one prescription has a demonstrable effect on anti-inflammatory and analgesic, and it can be used for the treatment of acute gout arthritis.
