摘 要:近年来聊城地区保护地黄瓜多发靶斑病。对病样进行分离、致病性测定、培养性状观察、形态学鉴定,尤其对孢子形态进行了详细的显微观察。结果表明,引起聊城地区黄瓜靶斑症状的病原菌为多主棒孢霉(Corynespora cassiicola)。该菌在PDA培养基上菌落圆形,白色至浅灰褐色,平铺,质地致密,辐射状展开,边缘规则;菌丝淡褐色或灰黑色,具分枝和隔膜;分生孢子梗直或弯曲,浅褐色,不分枝,有分隔;分生孢子顶生,多单生,浅褐色,倒棍棒形或圆筒形,直或稍弯曲,壁光滑,具1个至多个隔膜,孢子长度为34.42~316.92μm,宽度为11.45~22.45μm。In recent years, cucumber target spot disease occurred frequently in protected areas of Liaocheng area. The disease sample was separated for doing pathogenicity identification, incubation traits observation and morphological identification, especially spore morphology was observed carefully under a microscope. The results showed that, the symptom of cucumber target spot was caused by Corynespora cassiicola in Liaocheng area. The colonial morphology is circular with inerratic edge, in the color of white or taupe, flush system, compact and radiate. The mycelium is in the color of light brown or ash black, with branches and septa. The conidiophore is direct or bent, in the color of light brown, no branches, with septa. The conidium is acrogenesis, solitary, in the color of light brown, inverted clavate or cylindrical, direct or slightly curved, smooth, with one or more septa. The length of the conidiospore is 34.42- 316.92 μm, the width is 11.45-22.45 μm.
