摘 要:以国产和西班牙产破茬刀为研究对象,采用试验方法对比考察了两种破茬刀的化学成分、微观组织和硬度,并利用球-盘摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦磨损性能进行研究。结果表明:两种破茬刀成分相近,西班牙刀材质为优质硼钢,韧性好,国产刀材质为中碳优质锰钢。西班牙刀显微组织为针状马氏体,组织更加细密,洛氏硬度值为50 HRC,是国产刀的1.1倍。在干摩擦条件下,西班牙刀表面摩擦系数较小,为0.48-0.52;相同条件下,国产刀表面的磨损量是西班牙刀的2.5倍,西班牙刀具有更好的耐磨性。两种破茬刀的磨损机制均为磨粒磨损。Experimental method was used to compare chemical component, microstructure and hardness between Chinese and Spanish disc coulters, and ball-on-disc wear and fiction test was employed to study friction and wear property. The results showed that the two kinds of disc couhers had similar ingredients,Spainish disc coulter material had high quality boron steel,Chinese disc coulter material had medium carbon high quality manganese steel. With regard to Spanish disc coulter, its microstructure which was acicular martensite had a fine texture,the Rockwell hardness number was 50 HRC,which was 1.1 times of Chinese disc coulter. In condition of dry friction,the skin-friction coefficient of Spanish disc coulter was lower,which was 0.48-0.52;in the same condition,the attrition quantity of Chinese disc coulter was 2.5 times of Spanish disc coulter. Hence,the Spanish disc coulter had a better abrasion performance. The wear mechanism of two disc coulters was abrasive wear.
