摘 要:为研究立管水下泄漏对海上平台直升机甲板可用性的影响,应用专业三维CFD模拟软件KFX对某海上平台0.76 m立管水下泄漏后的气体扩散和火灾进行模拟。根据相关行业标准及破坏准则,分析了事故后果对直升机甲板的影响,评估其可用性。研究还考虑了不同泄漏孔径和泄漏水深条件、风向及风速对后果的影响。分析结果表明,断裂泄漏在未点燃情况下,应尽量避免使用直升机甲板,保证直升机飞行安全,同时避免发生火灾事故。断裂泄漏被点燃发生火灾情况下,直升机甲板不具备使用条件。50 mm孔径泄漏备件下,不建议使用直升机甲板,如果必须使用,需要根据现场风向和风速情况进行评估和判定。In order to assess the effect of dispersion and fire to the availability of helideck on platform, gas dispersion and fire simulations on the sea surface following the subsea leak- age of 0.76 m riser of platform were performed by 3D technical software KFX. The influence on the helideck of the accident consequences of dispersion and fire were analyzed, and the he- lideck availability was assessed according to relevant industry standards and impairment crite- ria. Many factors to the consequences such as leak hole size, water depth of leak position, wind direction and wind velocity were taken into consideration. The analysis shows that using of helideck in the situation of dispersion due to rupture of riser should be avoided, which can make helicopter in unsafe condition and put the platform in a risk of potential fire. The he- lideck is not available in the fire accident following a subsea rupture of riser. It is recommen- ded not to use helideck in a 50 mm hole size subsea leakage. Assessment and judgement of the wind direction and velocity is needed to determine whether the helideck is available when use the helideck.
