中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血临床效果。方法采用随机平行对照法将我院收治的81例功能失调性子宫出血的患者进行分组,对照组40例患者采用口服米非司酮治疗,观察组41例患者采用加味失笑散联合米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及2年随访复发率。结果观察组总有效率97.56%,高于对照组80.00%,P<0.05;观察组1年后复发率4.88%、2年后复发率9.76%低于对照组10.00%、15.00%,P<0.05。结论中西医结合治疗DUB能够有效提高DUB患者的临床疗效,降低复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in peri-menopausal period.MethodsUsing randomized paralel control method wil be treated in our hospital from 81 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients were divided into two groups,control group 40 cases were treated by oral administration of mifepristone in the treatment,observe group of 41 patients with jiawei shixiaosan combined with mifepristone in the treatment. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of 2 groups were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was 97.56% higher than that of control group 80%,P〈0.05, observation group 1 years after the recurrence rate 4.88%,2 years after the recurrence rate 9.76% was significantly lower than that of the control group 10%,15%,P〈0.05. Conclusion Combination of traditional chinese and western medicine treatment of DUB can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of DUB patients,reduce the recurrence rate.
