摘  要:诺如病毒有高度变异性,序列分析对监测病毒变异具有重要意义,而其全基因组序列依然有限,有鉴于此,本研究采用病毒宏基因组方法对镇江一株诺如病毒进行了全基因组克隆与分析。结果显示,除去5’非编码区和3’poly(A)结构,NOV/CHN/ZJ01毒株全长7509 bp,含有3个开放式阅读框(ORFs)。序列分析显示,本毒株与一株日本人诺如毒株(AB972502)同源性最高,为99%。基于外壳蛋白和Rd Rp核酸序列进化分析表明,NOV/CHN/ZJ01毒株与日本毒株AB972502同属GII-4,然而,他们与其他毒株在GII-4里形成3个不同的Cluster。这表明,本毒株与这株日本毒株具有相同的进化起源。应加大对诺如病毒的监测力度,避免新的流行。Noroviruses(NoV)is highly variable,sequence analysis has an important significance to the monitoring of viral variation,and the whole genome is stil limited. In view of this this study using viral metagenomic methods of zhenjiang strain noroviruses were genome cloning and analysis. In the present study,the ful-length genomes of human NoV from zhenjiang was determined and the genomic organization was analyzed by metagenomic method. This strain is 7 509 bp in length and had similar genome organization and contained three predicted ORFs with other GII stains. Phylogenetic analysis showed that this strain was divided into GII-4 and clustered with a japanese strian. They shared 99% identity in ful length. This results showed that this two strains had the same orgination.
