消化内镜中心存在的护理隐患及护理干预方法研究

摘　　要：目的本文旨在探究消化内镜中心存在的护理隐患以及其有效的护理干预方法。方法选取我院300例患者作为研究对象,并将其分为两组,每组150例,分别为常规方法护理组和有效护理干预方法组,对两组在护理前后的患者满意度进行对比。结果观察组的护理满意度为95.3%,优于实施前的78.71%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将有效的护理干预与消化内镜手术结合起来,能够有效地保证患者提供救治依从性,在接受手术后的回访结果比较理想,痊愈率达到了100%。消化内镜中心实施有效的护理干预,能够促进患者满意度的提高,从而促进整个中心的护理质量。Objective The purpose of this paper is to explore the digestive endoscopy center of nursing risk and its effective nursing intervention methods.Methods Selected from 300 patients as the research object,and it were divided into two groups,each group of 150 cases,respectively,the conventional method of nursing group and effective nursing intervention group,the two groups of patients before and after the nursing satisfaction were compared. Results Nursing satisfaction was 95.3%,the observation group was obviously superior to the implementation of 78.71% of the former,difference have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe effective nursing intervention combined with digestive endoscopic surgery,can effectively guarantee the patient treatment compliance,ideal return results after surgery,cure rate was 100%. Digestive endoscopy center,carry out effective nursing intervention, can promote the improvement of patient satisfaction,so as to promote nursing quality of the whole center,is a kind of method to be promoted.
