胰岛素中空栓对糖尿病兔模型降血糖作用的初步研究

摘　　要：目的：初步研究胰岛素中空栓对糖尿病兔模型的降血糖作用。方法：运用耳缘静脉注射四氧嘧啶（ALX）复制糖尿病新西兰大白兔的动物模型,直肠给予胰岛素中空栓,观察用药后不同时间的血糖变化。结果：直肠给予胰岛素中空栓后血糖在0.5h开始降低,0.5~1.5h达高峰,4h内血糖维持在较低水平。结论：胰岛素中空栓能有效降低糖尿病兔模型的血糖。Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect of of hollow bolt with insulin in diabetic rabbit model.Method The pur-pose of the study was established diabetes animal model in New Zealand white rabbits by used ALX.Insulin hollow suppositories were given by anus.Result After anus received insulin hollow suppositories ,the first time of hypoglycemic effect was 30 min.The time of the most hypoglycemic effect was from 1 to 1.5h.The hypoglycemic effect was maintained with in 4 hours.Conclusion The hollow bolt with insulin played significant hypoglycemic effects on diabetic rabbit model.
