粮农无公害农药使用意愿及其影响因素分析——基于609户种粮户的实证研究

摘　　要：基于山东省17地市609户粮农的问卷调查数据,运用Logit模型对粮农使用无公害农药的意愿及其影响因素进行了计量分析。分析表明:粮农使用无公害农药的意愿受多种因素的影响,按其影响程度大小由主到次为:增加收入、无公害粮食价格、产地检验、无公害农药价格、文化程度、农药残留危害认知、无公害农药效果认知、政府补贴、家庭年收入、相关法律法规、专业化程度、种植规模、降低风险。据此,提出了相应的政策建议。Based on the questionnaire survey data of 609 households in 17 cities of Shandong Province, using the Logit model we measured the willingness of the farmers to the agricultural use of non pollution pesticides and its influencing factors. The farmer＇s willingness of use of no pesticide pollution was influenced by many factors; according to the influencing degrees, the order of the factors was ： to increase revenue, pollution - free food prices, origin inspection, no pollution pesticide prices, cultural degree, pesticide residues hazard cognition, cognition of pesticide pollution effect, government subsidies, annual household income, related laws and regulations, and the degree of specialization, planting scale, reducing the risk. Accordingly, the corresponding policy recommendations were put forward.
