摘 要:以武威民勤扎子沟(WMZ)、武威民勤小坝口(WMX)、张掖山丹(ZYS)、张掖临泽(ZYL)、酒泉金塔(JQJ)及酒泉肃州(JQS)6个种源红砂幼苗为材料,利用压力-容积分析法研究了6个种源红砂幼苗的ΨP、ΨA、RWC、Ψ_s^(sat)、Ψ_s^(tlp)、Ψ_s^(sat)-Ψ_s^(tlp)、ROWC^(tlp)、RWC^(tlp)、AWC、ε^(max)等主要水分参数,并应用模糊数学隶属函数法对6个种源红砂幼苗的综合抗旱能力进行了评判。结果表明:ΨP、ΨA、RWC、Ψssat、Ψstlp、Ψssat-Ψstlp及εmax值均存在显著的种源差异(P<0.05);随种源原地从东向西,Ψ_P、Ψ_A、Ψ_s^(sat)、Ψ_s^(tlp)、及Ψ_s^(sat)-Ψ_s^(tlp)的值呈降低趋势,RWC和ε^(max)呈增大趋势;RWC和εmax均与经度、年降水量分别呈负相关或显著负相关,除ROWC^(tlp)外,其它各参数均与经度、年降水量呈正相关或显著正相关关系;6个种源红砂幼苗综合抗旱能力表现为JQS>JQJ>ZYL>ZYS>WMX>WMZ。因此,JQS和JQJ的红砂幼苗可作为红砂造林的优良种源,供推广应用。Main water parameters of Reaumuria soongorica seedlings from Zhazigou, Xiaobakou, Shandan, Linze, Jinta and Suzhou provenances were studied by using pressure - volume in this research. Predawn water potential(ΨP), afternoon water potential ( ΨA), relative water content ( RWC ), the osmotic potential at water saturation( Ψs^sat), the osmotic potential at turgor losspoint (Ψs^tlp), the difference of osmotic potential at water saturation minued osmotic potential at turgor losspoin( Ψs^sat -Ψs^tlp), the relative osmotic water content at turgot loss point( ROWC^tlp) , the relative water content at turgot loss point( RWC^tlp) , the relative apoplectic water content(AWC) and the maximum cell elastic module(max) were analyzed; and comprehensive drought -resistant capability of R. soongorica seedlings of six provenances were estimated by using the fuzzy membership function method. The results showed that values of Ψp, ΨA, RWC, Ψs^sat, Ψs^tlp, Ψs^sat- Ψs^tlp and ε^max showed significant differences between six provenances ( P 〈 0.05). Along with provenances from east to west, the changes of Ψp, ΨA, Ψs^sat, ~Ψstlp, and Ψs^sat -Ψs^tlp showed a decreasing trend, while RWC and ε^max presented a increasing trend. Respectively, RWC and max both showed negative correlation or significant negative correlation with longitude and annual precipitation, while other parameters presented positive correlation or significant positive correlation with longitude and annual precipitation, except for ROWC^tlp. The comprehensive drought resistance ability of six different provenances of Reaumuria soongorica seedlings was: JQS 〉 JQJ 〉 ZYL 〉 ZYS 〉 WMX 〉 WMZ. Therefore, Reaumuria soongorica seedlings of JQS and JQJ can be used as fine provenance for the afforestation.
