摘 要:以3种一年生无性系白榆为供试材料,以0.0%为对照,0.3%、0.5%、0.7%和0.9%Na Cl溶液进行胁迫处理,测试叶片的丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白(SP)、可溶性糖(SS)、叶绿素(chl)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量的积累特征,比较其耐盐性。结果表明:1)盐处理的白榆叶片MDA、SP、SS和Pro含量均高于对照,Chl含量则持续下降;随盐浓度增大,SS呈现先降后升的趋势,MDA、SP和Pro均呈先升后降的趋势。2)各盐浓度下,MDA、SP、SS和Pro含量均在0.5%处理时变化最大,在高盐浓度(>0.5%)胁迫下,MDA、SP、Pro含量大幅降低,而SS则大量积累,0.5%浓度成为影响各指标变化的阈值浓度。3)Y2在各指标的变幅上都优于Y1和Y3,不同无性系耐盐性的排序为Y2>Y1>Y3,在盐碱地造林时可按此顺序选择无性系。To comparatively study the salt tolerance of three annual Ulmus pumila under 0%, 0.3%, 0.5% 7% and 0.9% NaCl stress, malondialdehyde, soluble protein, soluble sugar, chlorophyll and pro accumulation characteristics were studied. The results showed that : 1 ) The content of MDA, SP, SS and Pro with salt treatment were higher than the control, however, the Chl was significantly lower than that in control group. The content of SS decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of salt stress; the content of SS was just opposite. 2) The greatest changes of MDA, SP and Pro were at salt concentration of 0.5 %, and MDA, SP and Pro decreased significantly while SS was accumulated when the NaCl was higher than 0.5% ; the concentration of 0.5% was the threshold concentration. 3) The various index of clone - Y2 was better than Y3 and Y1, and the salt tolerance of different clones was Y2 〉 Y1 〉 Y3.
