摘 要:糖尿病足是糖尿病患者高危并发症之一,因穿着不合适鞋袜导致糖尿病足溃疡甚至截肢的患者越来越多。国内目前并没有临床验证针对中国人脚型设计开发的糖尿病鞋,也尚未有糖尿病患者跟踪试验。因此,本研究的目的是对糖尿病机能鞋大底的减压性能进行评估。自主研发并制作了一双多密度大底的糖尿病足机能鞋,然后使用Footscan压力板和Pedar-x鞋垫系统,对裸足、着常用鞋、着糖尿病足机能鞋3种状态下的足底压力分布,进行采集和分析。结果显示:在一定程度上,糖尿病足机能鞋大底增加了受试者的足底接触面积,有明显的足底减压效果。Diabetic foot is one of the high risk complications, which causes the occurrence of ulceration and amputation. Thereby special functional footwear was recommended for the patients. Based on the features of Chinese diabetic foot, a series of diabetic shoes were designed by Sichuan University, but clinical evaluation was not carried out. The aim of this study is to assess the ability of pressure relieving of diabetic shoes' multi - density outsole objectively. A pair of self- designed diabetic shoes with multi - density outsoles was made. Footscan pressure plate and Pedar - x insole system were used to collect the pressure distribution and those of barefoot, with common shoes and with diabetic shoes were measured and compared. Results show that diabetic shoes decrease the plantar pressure significantly, and the outsole of diabetic shoes increases the contact area between the feet and insole to a certain degree.
